Dear guest, You may be asked to leave without refund if these rules are broken. These rules help us provide clean, comfortable and safe accommodations for you and future guests. GENERAL ------------------------------------------------------- - All guests must be added to the reservation and adult guests must be registered. Please no unregistered guests or visitors. - The booking guest will be held responsible for all other guests and visitors in the unit and their actions. -The host is not responsible for injuries or illnesses sustained during your stay. HOME SERVICES ------------------------------------------------------- Please note that the home has pest control, lawncare and hot tub services regularly. These services cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Service providers will access the backyard, front yard and hot tub as necessary. PET POLICY ------------------------------------------------------- - Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. You must inquire prior to booking to discuss and have your pet/stay approved. The pet must be added to your reservation. Pet fee is automatically calculated by the pricing system when you add a pet. We reserve the right to change the fee based on breed, age and other factors. - Dogs that bark continuously cannot be left alone in the unit. - If they are barking and disturbing neighbors, we will ask you to board your dog - Please keep dog hair off furniture and bedding. If your dogs typically spend time on furniture, please cover those areas with the special blankets we provide for pets. - Pets must be on a leash or carried when outside. - Please always keep pets under supervision. Due to abundant wildlife, unsupervised pets are at fatal risk. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIME ------------------------------------------------------ - Check in/check out time is as noted on the listing. - Early check-ins/late checkouts can be requested in advance for a fee if available. - Unapproved late checkouts will be charged $100/hour. If an unauthorized late checkout prevents the next guest from checking in, you may also be charged for loss of income associated with that reservation. TRASH COLLECTION ------------------------------------------------------ - Trash is collected on Tuesday morning. On Monday evening after 6 pm, Please bag your trash tightly in place it in the large bins outside only. - Do not leave trash or bags outside of the bins so as not to attract bears. - Please be mindful of the amount of trash. Excess trash may incur an additional fee if it exceeds what the trash company can pick up. DAMAGES ------------------------------------------------------ We understand accidents happen, please let us know if anything was damaged as soon as possible, so we can claim on our insurance and get it taken care of right way. LONG TERM STAYS In order to maintain the condition of the property and provide you with a comfortable stay, stays of 28 days or longer require a mandatory bi weekly cleaning. This will be charged at the posted rate on the listing and the cost will be collected via the resolution center. MIDSTAY CLEANS ------------------------------------------------------ - In order to preserve the property, periodic cleanings and inspections are required for stays over 10 days or more. The charge for additional cleaning is $350. PERSONAL ITEMS ------------------------------------------------------ - We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please check that you have all your personal belongings prior to departure. NO SMOKING POLICY ------------------------------------------------------ - No smoking, vaping, hookah indoors - No smoking, vaping, hookah outdoors within 25 feet of the home - Please do not throw cigarette butts in the grass. It presents a fire hazard. . - Smoke remediation starts at $1000 if there is a smoke smell inside. There is a $25 charge per cigarette butt if they are thrown outside. - No open flames such as candles QUIET HOURS ------------------------------------------------------ - In order to preserve our relationship with the community, please respect that quiet Time is 8 PM to 10 AM. SECURITY DEVICES ------------------------------------------------------ - Please do not cover, disconnect or otherwise tamper with security devices. No unplugging of ANY of our devices like the Wi-Fi router, exterior Ring camera, smoke detector, etc. A troubleshooting fee may apply if we need to dispatch a technician. GATHERINGS ------------------------------------------------------ - Please inquire about parties, events, birthdays, celebratory events, or gatherings of any kind on the property. Event pricing will apply in addition to the nightly rate. Any violation will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and will be reported as a terms of service violation to the booking platform. LINENS ------------------------------------------------------ - We will do our best to remove stains from sheets and towels. - If any linens are damaged or missing, the replacement fee is as follows: TOWELS - Bath towels - $15 - Hand towels - $10 - Wash cloths - $6 BED SHEETS (SOLD AS A SET, INDIVIDUAL COMPONENTS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE) - King bed sheet set - $140 - Twin bed sheet set - $125 COMFORTERS - King - $95 - Twin - $80 DUVET COVER SETS - King - $75 - Queen - $60 - Twin - $55 OTHER - Cost plus 20% admin fee to cover ordering and delivery. HOT TUB USAGE POLICY ------------------------------------------------------ Please keep the hot tub covered when not in use. Shower before use. Please take a quick shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or dirt. This helps maintain the water's cleanliness and ensures a pleasant experience for everyone. No Unsupervised Children. For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to use the hot tub without adult supervision. Parents or guardians must accompany and closely always monitor their children. Temperature Settings. The hot tub's temperature is already set within a safe and enjoyable range. Please refrain from adjusting the temperature, as extreme temperatures can be hazardous and may damage the equipment. No Glassware. For safety reasons, glassware is not allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use plastic cups or containers provided for your convenience. Health and Medical Conditions. If you have any health concerns, medical conditions, or are pregnant, we advise consulting a physician before using the hot tub. Pregnant women and individuals with certain health conditions should avoid hot tub use. Limit Time in the Hot Tub. To prevent dehydration or overheating, it is recommended to limit your hot tub use to 15-30 minutes per session. Take breaks and stay hydrated while enjoying the hot tub. By using the hot tub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above guidelines and agree to comply with them. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the restriction of hot tub access for the entire group. FIREPIT USAGE POLICY ------------------------------------------------------ The firepit is gas powered. Turn the firepit off when not in use. Do not put anything in or over the firepit. It is not meant to be used for cooking. Anything that falls in may damage the element. Do not allow children to operate the firepit and please keep your children under supervision at all times.
